Topping Out Ceremony at Parnell Street
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve reached the topping out milestone in our Parnell Street Student Accommodation project. This transformative development will feature 249 modern student beds distributed across several architecturally diverse blocks. This project not only redefines student living but also emphasizes the extensive conservation and restoration of the historic St. Peters Bakery, a protected structure dating back to the early 20th century.
This Design and Build project includes a range of amenities tailored to meet the needs of our residents, such as office spaces, a dedicated reception area, refuse storage, and a common room. Additionally, the project will provide bicycle storage areas, beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, serene internal courtyards, and stunning roof terraces.
Since the project commenced our commencement on site in February March 2024, we are proud to report significant remarkable progress and remain on schedule for completion in the latter part Q3 of 2025. We are extremely proud of the professionalism, dedication and hard work by the GEM project team and Admore Structures for achieving this significant milestone ahead of programme whilst maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
