Project Overview

The Willows stands as a prime example of modern living and is another design and build project undertaken in conjunction with the development side of GEM Group. 

1135 residential units are planned across a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments as well as a creche and retail/commercial units. As of 2022, 557 homes are ready, while another 135 are on their way and set for a Q2 2024 finish.

All have been built to a high specification and provide quality living spaces. Think energy-efficient systems, sleek kitchen and bedroom finishes, modern bathrooms, and convertible attic spaces. Houses have a BER rating of A2/A3 and are fully nZEB compliant, with a SUD’s attenuation system too.

Recreation and green spaces have been planned in the form of playgrounds and landscaped park areas, as well as cycle tracks and pedestrian footpaths linking to Dunshaughlin village. We’ve worked with DYFC Football Club and Dunshaughlin Athletic Club to design and develop four new state of the art soccer pitches and athletics tracks.
