GEM were appointed by Clúid Housing Association to deliver 96 residential units and associated ancillary works at The Willows, Dunshaughlin. This Design and Build Turnkey project comprised 24 houses of varying designs and 72 apartments, including an undercroft car park and a landscaped podium.
The project was delivered efficiently within 17 months of commencement on site. The houses are two-storey units, complemented by uPVC future-proof windows and both private and on-street parking.
The apartment building rises four storeys above ground and features three stair cores, each with an associated lift. The site provides 90 car parking spaces, with 68 of these located in the undercroft car park and a communal landscaped area positioned above at first-floor level. All parking spaces were future-proofed for the installation of EV charging points.
As a testament to the success of this project, GEM has recently been awarded a follow-on contract in Dunshaughlin by Clúid Housing Association to deliver a further 51 apartments within The Willows.
