Malahide Road

This ambitious design and build project was undertaken in conjunction with the development side of GEM Group. 

Across two separate 8-10 story blocks with double level basement car parking, we constructed 331 modern apartments ranging from cosy one beds to spacious three beds. Each was finished to turnkey stage, meaning residents could move straight in and start living.

More than just spaces to live, we created a community complete with a gym, café, creche, landscaped green spaces and play areas. 

The adjacent Malahide Road and Grove Lane were also upgraded with pedestrian and cyclist’s routes and connections. 

This was a flagship project for GEM as the most extensive development we’ve brought to life to date.
