Project Overview

120m2 and 396m2 extensions to existing station, upgraded boundaries, on-site amenity improvements.

We took on the meticulous task of refurbishing and expanding the active Dundrum Garda Station. Our focus wasn’t just renovations, it was also ensuring the Garda team could continue their essential work without disruption.

We constructed a 120m2 detention area to the rear of the existing station and a 396m2 three storey extension was seamlessly integrated between the existing station and the adjoining courthouse building.

External facilities got a revamp too. Boundaries were upgraded for better functionality and a fresher look. On-site improvements spanned from underground service networks to 21 new parking spots and dedicated bicycle parking. Plus new public lighting, clear signage, and soft landscaping.
