The substructures are all piled with ground beams, and suspended ground floor slab.

The site works briefly comprise of:

• Site clearance, removals and relations
• Completion of Friar St & Park St roads
• New paths & parking around Block 2
• Landscaped podium slab with under croft Carpark
• Internal courtyard
• Site Enclosures, and site fittings (playground, benches etc.)
• New services including drainage, attenuation tank, electrical, substation, communications, gasmain and watermain, connections to existing services
