Lean Construction Ireland (LCi) 2024 Conference
GEM was proud to attend the annual LCi Conference in Dublin this year, representing our commitment to advancing lean methodologies in construction. Through our partnership with Crystal Lean Solutions, we are dedicated to enhancing our team’s expertise with lean training certifications, including White, Yellow, and Green Belts.
Shane Mc Eneaney, GEM Contracts Manager, and Chris Dawkins, Lean Consultant with Crystal Lean Solutions, presented at the conference on Ireland’s first LCi-ratified Green Belt for Construction course, which GEM conducted in collaboration with Clúid Housing. This course represents a significant advancement in applying lean principles within the construction industry, and we were delighted for the Stream to be chaired by Clúid’s Chief Commercial Officer and LCi board member, Eibhlin O Connor.
