GEM are delighted to announce our partnership with Fingal Co. Council to bring 300 new homes to life at Churchfields in Dublin 15.
During a momentous sod-turning ceremony last Friday, we were honoured to host esteemed guests, including Taoiseach Leo Varadkar TD, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien TD, and Chief Executive of Fingal Co. Council AnnMarie Farrelly, among others.
The initial phase of this remarkable project encompasses 220 houses, 80 apartments, a creche, local community facilities, retail units, and two public park areas. We’re committed to delivering both parks and 80 homes by the end of 2024.
Our Managing Director, Martin Healy, participated in the ceremony and emphasised GEM’s pride in spearheading this new community development. We’re dedicated to employing the most innovative and sustainable construction methods to contribute to the reduction of embodied carbon, aligning with the Government’s 2030 Climate Action Plan.
This project underscores GEM’s expertise and pivotal role in advancing the Government’s Housing for All Plan.
