GEM Celebrates Dual Nomination at the Irish Building and Design Awards 2025
GEM was proud to attend the prestigious Irish Building and Design Awards 2025 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin, where our Church Fields development was nominated in two key categories: Multi-Unit Residential Project of the Year and Public Sector – Residential/Housing Project of the Year.
Delivered in partnership with Fingal County Council under a Design, Construction, Delivery, and Sale Development Agreement, Church Fields is a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering 517 A-rated homes for the local community.
