Fingal County Council Visit to Church Fields

GEM were delighted to welcome Fingal County Council to the Churchfields development last week ahead of the Show Village launch. During their visit, we gave them a tour of the Show Village, featuring 20 beautifully designed units that were officially launched on Friday, offering a first look at what will be a vibrant new community in Dublin 15.

As proud contributors to the government’s Housing for All initiative, GEM are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes for the local area. A huge thank you to our dedicated team and partners for helping us reach this exciting milestone.
