Church Fields Show Village Officially Launched
The Church Fields Show Village has officially launched, featuring 20 fully finished homes along with associated external works. The village has been fully completed since our commencement on site in February 2024, as part of a Design, Construction, Delivery and Sale Development Agreement with Fingal County Council.
The Church Fields development consists of 220 new homes and 80 apartments, with the first 80 units scheduled for completion by Christmas. Progress is also well underway on two new public spaces—Wellview Park and Linear Park—both expected to be finished by the end of the year.
